Qualifications

• Officiating certification demonstrated (e.g., high school officiating).
• Minimum one year of officiating experience.
• Ability to understand and apply sport-specific rules.
• Reliable with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Professional conduct and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Officiate sport clubs games and competitions to maintain standards of play.
• Judge performance to determine a winner, when applicable.
• Track event times and control play as needed.
• Inspect equipment and participants for safety compliance.
• Coordinate with officials, coaches, players, and facility managers.
• Ensure compliance with Campus Recreation rules and guidelines.
• Track scores and liaise with team captains and coaches.
• Present a professional appearance and provide high-quality customer service.
• Document equipment malfunctions or hazards.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
