Job summary

Jump Trading Group invites new graduates to join our Core Development team, where you will design, code, test, and maintain a distributed trading system and one of the world’s largest supercomputers. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, learning SDLC practices and test automation while contributing to market data, order entry, risk management, and UI projects.

We encourage international students and sponsor work visas for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in C++ and Python on Linux.
• Strong understanding of data structures and threading models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team deploying new software daily.
• Interest in hardware, networking, OS design to produce high-performance software.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and maintain the distributed trading system and supercomputing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with teams across data, order entry, risk, simulation and UI development.
• Learn advanced skills in software engineering and contribute to infrastructure initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.
