Code 3 Transportation and Sierra Pacific Tours are hiring an experienced CDL shuttle driver for a dedicated campus shuttle operation in Downtown San Jose. Schedule is Monday-Thursday with two shift options and $26-$30 per hour based on experience.

You will operate a 27-passenger shuttle and may take on additional charter and route work for extra hours. Minimum qualifications include a valid California CDL with P endorsement, DOT medical, 3+ years driving, clean record, and 25+ age.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class A/B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Current DOT Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Age 25+ due to insurance requirements.
• Must pass background, drug and alcohol screenings.
• Reliable transportation to report to work in San Jose.
• Professional, dependable and customer-service focused.
• Air-brake endorsement preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 27-passenger campus shuttle.
• Follow established routes and schedules.
• Safely load and unload passengers.
• Complete required vehicle inspections and paperwork.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch.
• Provide courteous and dependable passenger service.

CAMPUS SHUTTLE DRIVER - CDL - SAN JOSE

Monday-Thursday | Two Schedules Available | $26-$30/Hour Based on Experience

Code 3 Transportation and Sierra Pacific Tours are hiring experienced CDL drivers for a dedicated campus shuttle operation in Downtown San Jose. Drivers will operate a 27-passenger shuttle on a consistent Monday-through-Thursday schedule. Additional charter and route work may be available for drivers interested in additional hours.

AVAILABLE SCHEDULES

Day Shift

Monday-Thursday | 8:45 AM-6:45 PM
One-hour unpaid meal break
9 paid hours per day | 36 paid hours per week

Evening Shift

Monday-Thursday | 5:45 PM-9:00 PM
4-hour daily pay minimum | 16 guaranteed paid hours per week

COMPENSATION

$26-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
