Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the University of Pittsburgh campus. The role directs associates during a specific shift, ensures policy and procedure compliance, and supports training and scheduling.

The position requires prior supervisory experience and offers a night shift with pay ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with benefits, Instapay via One @Work, and opportunities for growth within campus dining.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers or address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact for employee requests and time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
