Campus Service Worker Lead perform various functions to ensure building environments are kept clean following established procedures on an assigned schedule. Under the direction of the Supervisor, they also direct the daily duties of the Campus Service Worker staff, prepare basic reports and train employees on proper custodial practices, and Marshall University policies and procedures.
This is a Day shift position.
Location MU - Marshall University Salary Range $28,777 - $33,094. Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity Salary Grade 2 Salary Type Salary Time Type Full-Time

High School Diploma/GED
2 years experience performing custodial or janitorial services in a commercial, institutional, or educational setting.
Completion of lead-worker or supervisory training programs.
Familiarity with APPA custodial cleaning levels or similar institutional cleaning standards.
