Westminster College is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team of Security Officers and actively participate in campus security operations. The role involves supervising patrols, ensuring coverage, and addressing staffing shortages to maintain 24/7 security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in criminal justice or related field preferred.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and ability to operate college vehicles.
• Supervisory or training experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first-line supervisor for Security Officers and provide guidance and support.
• Regularly work scheduled Security Officer patrol shifts as part of the staffing plan.
• Primary staffing resource for open Security Officer shifts due to illness, vacation, or vacancies.
• Adjust scheduled days/hours to maintain campus security coverage.
• Monitor staffing schedules, leave, and anticipated vacancies; coordinate with leadership.
