The Borough of Manhattan Community College is seeking a Campus Security Specialist to oversee security operations and training. This role involves managing security systems, developing fire safety plans, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Level I
Under supervision of the College Security Director, incumbents perform campus duties of a specialized nature, including post-audit reviews for program effectiveness. When assigned to physical security, they oversee system design, vendor negotiations, and project management. When focused on staff training, they conduct and oversee in-service programs, coordinate external training, and monitor licenses and certifications.

Year 1: $60,454; Year 2: $62,103; Incumbent: $68,310 (salary suppression applies for first 24 months)
