Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus community members while carrying out security-related procedures and campus policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, residence areas, grounds, parking locations, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with campus stakeholders and emergency responders.
