Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Flex in Saint Louis, MO. This part‑time role offers flexible hours, including fixed anchor shifts with optional pickup of extra shifts to increase earnings.

The position provides a reliable base schedule with opportunity to scale up to a full schedule while remaining part‑time. The role emphasizes customer service at campus sites, regular patrols, incident response, and secure access management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners by following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus facilities and grounds.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to the proper personnel.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or hazards to maintain a secure learning environment.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with campus personnel and leadership.
