Location: Des Moines, IA

Rate: $23.00/Hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift - 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

What Your Day May Look Like

1. Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
2. Securing entrances / patrolling inside and outside the premises.
3. Interacting with clients and guests.
4. Identifying and reporting safety issues or hazards.
5. Reporting suspicious activity.
6. Providing detailed written reports.

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer/technology skills.
• Ability to conduct patrols throughout the shift.
• Clean driving record.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Helpful and professional demeanor.
• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
