St. Camillus is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily campus safety operations, mentor Concierge desk staff, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment for residents, employees, and visitors.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is required.
• Previous security or law-enforcement experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Ability to remain calm, work independently, and provide clear direction in stressful situations is needed.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends, assist during emergencies, and help maintain campus coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support security and Concierge desk staff across multiple shifts.
• Develop and deliver training for team preparedness and accountability.
• Coordinate staffing, desk rotations, and emergency coverage.
• Review incident reports and station records for accurate documentation.
• Respond to emergencies, provide direction, and coordinate with local authorities.
• Maintain security cameras, surveillance equipment, life-safety systems, access controls, and related campus equipment.
• Partner with Plant Operations to improve campus security policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment, interviews, employee development, evaluations, payroll, and corrective action.
• Model tact, courtesy, confidentiality, and outstanding service to residents, employees, and visitors.
