Qualifications

• Lead emergency response programs including trainings and drills.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Oversee security vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
• Manage access control systems and security workflows.
• Conduct security assessments and corrective actions.
• Promote safety culture through training and engagement.
• Monitor threats and update security measures.
• Manage campus security budgets and forecasting.
• Support expansion of Roblox offices globally.
• Develop SOPs and workflows for Campus Security Operations.
• Support event security for high-profile events.
