Job summary

Sonoran Sky Elementary School in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a Campus Support staff member for the 2026-27 school year to assist with the instructional process and student safety. The role covers noon and AM/PM duties, classroom assistance, crosswalk coverage, and other campus needs.

Starting August 3, 2026 through May 27, 2027, the position is non-interim with 9 months of varied daily hours. The job reports to the Building Administrator and emphasizes maintaining a safe, positive learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal Background Clearance and fingerprint clearance.
• Ability to communicate safety policies and enforce rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist students to ensure safe access to and from locations.
• Communicate safety policies and enforcement procedures to students, staff and visitors.
• Maintain equipment such as stop signs and safety gear to ensure availability of required items.
• Monitor students in classrooms, playgrounds, library, lunchroom and other areas to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
• Respond to incidents and refer to appropriate site personnel for follow-up.
