Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of campus property to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain composure when dealing with authorities, executives, staff and the public, often under urgent conditions.
• Assist in enforcing state, municipal, federal, and USNH safety standards.
• Travel between UNH campuses as needed to complete inspections.
• Work in environments requiring protective gear and awareness of personal safety.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
