Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking a Security Officer to provide a courteous, visible presence and maintain safety across the campus. You will patrol interior and exterior areas, respond to incidents with professional judgment, and document activities per protocol.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and completion of pre-screening. Prior security or customer-facing experience is preferred in a supportive, team-driven environment.

• Previous security, safety or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a courteous and visible presence while ensuring the safety of our campus.
• Patrol building interiors and exterior grounds, proactively identifying and addressing concerns.
• Respond to incidents professionally and with sound judgment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all activity and follow standard protocols.
• Monitor and uphold all access, visitor and sign-in procedures.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, staff and guests.
• Assist with emergencies or evacuations and report issues to appropriate leadership.
• Support the overall well-being of our community through strong situational awareness.
