Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience preferred.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write and comprehend in English; write business correspondence and incident reports.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic, rates, ratios and percentages.
• Reasoning Ability: Able to follow detailed instructions and solve simple problems.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and campus software.

Responsibilities

• Presents a positive image of the college at all times.
• Monitors campus and parking areas to support safety; observes and reports potential safety concerns; completes incident reports.
• Directs visitors to check-in destinations.
• Conducts regular campus safety checks.
• Assists with evacuation drills and emergency response.
• Escorts uninvited persons from premises (no physical contact).
• Supports facilities with sign posting and badge/ID access tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
