Job summary

Qualifications

• State of Delaware Constable Certification required.
• At least 20 years experience in law enforcement.
• Background check and MMPI required.
• Annual Constable License must be obtained.
• Constable Training Certification must be obtained.
• Firearms license required for a Constable.

Responsibilities

• Follow directives of district administrators and lead safety planning.
• Assist with drills (fire, evacuation, bomb threats) and monitor campus security.
• Provide crowd control and intervene in disturbances while safeguarding students and staff.
• Maintain security records and monitor student parking on campus.
• Attend ongoing training and perform other duties as assigned.
