Job summary

Bob Hope School (Port Arthur) seeks a dedicated Campus Monitor for the Port Arthur Middle campus. You will supervise student areas, monitor traffic and parking, and report safety issues to the Campus Director. This full-time role supports maintaining a secure school environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors and manage emergency situations calmly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to withstand working outside for long periods.
• Ability to operate safely and adaptive equipment.
• Strong public relations, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly in dangerous situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campus parking and traffic regulations as needed.
• Monitor the school campus and report problems to administration.
• Assist with student pickup and drop-off dismissal lines.
• Report students who endanger themselves or others to administration.
• Sponsor outside activities approved by the Campus Director.
• Maintain records and participate in staff meetings as required.
