Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Flexible availability throughout the academic year, including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing sales transactions including cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Greet customers and ensure a positive, welcoming shopping experience.
• Support store operations and operate cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, organized store appearance by shelving, cleaning, and arranging products.
• Seasonal peaks require working during semester starts/ends and some weekends.
• Routine housekeeping such as dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
