Barnes & Noble College in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Campus Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. You will assist with sales transactions and help create a welcoming shopping experience for students and staff.

This role is seasonal/part-time, with flexible scheduling around academic calendars. Daily tasks include merchandising, housekeeping, and assisting customers across departments to maintain an inviting campus store environment.

Formación

• Minimum age 18 and able to engage customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience.
• Support store operations including operating equipment and cash register while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions.
• Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store.
• Seasonal positions require work during peak periods, occasional weekends, and flexibility in scheduling.
• Routine housekeeping including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal.
