This role emphasizes flexibility to cover peak periods, attention to accuracy in cash handling, and a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Greet customers and create a friendly, positive experience during their visit.
• Support store operations including operating equipment and cash register to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Keep the store organized by shelving, arranging, and cleaning.
• Seasonal positions require flexibility during peak periods (semester starts/ends) and occasional weekends.
