Qualifications

• At least one year of experience planning events, programs, campus activities, orientation programming, hospitality, customer service operations, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale recruitment and enrollment events.
• Coordinate event logistics, facility reservations, vendor and campus partner collaboration, registration management, communications, inventory oversight, staffing support, and day-of-event operations.
• Create welcoming, engaging, memorable campus experiences for prospective students and families, supporting recruitment, enrollment, and retention goals through continuous assessment and program improvement.
