Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Campus Recruitment Associate to shape our early talent strategy across the United States. You will partner with campus teams, universities, and student organizations to plan events, drive interviews, and build Cognizant's employer presence.

You will coordinate campus activities, communicate with candidates, and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve outcomes. This hybrid role supports flexibility while meeting business needs.

About the role

As a Campus Recruitment Associate, you will make an impact by shaping Cognizant's future workforce, connecting with emerging talent, and driving impactful campus recruitment initiatives at a global technology leader committed to innovation and inclusion. You will be a valued member of the Campus Recruitment team and work collaboratively with campus recruiters, university partners, student organizations, and hiring stakeholders, supported by mentors invested in your career growth.

In this role, you will

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $70,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
