Appian is seeking a Campus Recruiting Lead to own full-cycle campus hiring from sourcing to offers at our McLean HQ. You will partner with university centers, departments, and student groups to build a robust pipeline and align recruiting with business strategy.

You will optimize interview processes, influence hiring decisions, and amplify Appian's employer brand on campuses through events and digital engagement.

• Experience partnering with university career centers and departments
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive improvements
• Experience advising hiring managers on talent strategy
• Experience building campus presence at universities

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle campus recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with university centers, departments and student orgs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on talent strategy
• Optimize interview processes and assessment methodologies
• Build and amplify Appian's employer brand on target campuses
• Utilize multi-platform sourcing including LinkedIn, Handshake, campus boards, referrals
• Negotiate and close offers with top candidates
• Track recruitment metrics to drive improvements
