A national organization is seeking a Campus Recruiting Manager to lead efforts in attracting and engaging early-career talent. This role focuses on building partnerships with academic institutions and driving campus recruiting strategies. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment. The position offers competitive pay and can be performed remotely.
As the Campus Recruiting Manager, you will lead our strategic efforts to attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent from universities and colleges. This role is key to developing the program and executing the strategy to sustain a robust early talent pipeline that aligns with our long-term workforce planning and diversity objectives. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with academic institutions, student organizations, and internal business leaders to ensure the successful delivery of our campus recruiting strategy.
Remote: LI-Remote
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $143,700.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
