Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a TA Coordinator to join the Early Careers team. As a TA Coordinator, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact with target universities and colleges while supporting our branding and recruiting efforts through event management. A successful associate will have the ability to forge and manage relationships with their external contacts, internal collaborators, and support the campus recruiters while working in a fast-paced environment.

As a TA Coordinator you provide general support of all on-campus recruiting strategy. You will be responsible for streamlining efficiencies with campus recruiting software such as iCIMS and Handshake to aid the day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Impact: You willassist in planning and supporting all on-campus, virtual, and in-office events
    • Manage registration and expenses for all events and conferences
    • Correspond with university contacts to plan various on campus branding events
    • Support staffing each event with the appropriate number of representatives and provide prep information
    • Ship and organize materials (banners, giveaways, brochures) to events in advance as applicable
    • Attending events as applicable
    • You will be responsible for building out all interview schedules using Yello
    • Assist with special projects as needed
    • Partnering with Learning & Development to streamline communications, onboarding and continuous development of hires during their time in the program.
  • Career Growth: You will develop communication strategies to enhance relationships with key university partners (career services, faculty, student groups, alumni).
