Job summary

Jefferies Campus Recruiting Analyst role in New York provides exposure to a global investment bank and hands-on experience across campus recruiting and HR processes. You will learn the full life cycle of recruiting and support onboarding and candidate logistics.

You will develop dashboards, coordinate events on U.S. campuses, and interact with hiring teams. A bachelor's degree and Excel expertise are required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate across all title levels

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze recruiting dashboards and reports using applicant tracking system and Excel-based data tools; monitor key performance indicators such as candidate yield, conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, and year-over‑year recruiting trends to inform strategy and forecasting
• Coordinate event logistics - including presentations, interviews, campus activities and events, conferences, greeting candidates, arranging catering, etc.
• Manage the candidate expense reimbursement process
• Manage the creation, distribution, and collection of employment related materials such as offer letters, onboarding materials, background check authorizations, etc.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers; host events on various U.S. campuses
• Perform other various administrative responsibilities related to campus recruiting

Primary Location: New York Full Time Salary Range of $75,000-$80,000 + OT eligibility
