Jefferies, a leading global investment bank, seeks a Campus Recruiting Analyst in New York to learn the full lifecycle of the recruiting process and HR functions. You will work on research projects, campus strategy, and recommendations, and contribute from day one with a collaborative spirit and integrity.

You will develop dashboards, support campus events, and partner with stakeholders across U.S. campuses, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; communicate across all levels.

• Experience with AI, reporting, data analytics, data tracking, and/or ATS.
• Ability to travel periodically overnight.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and analyze recruiting dashboards and reports using ATS and Excel-based data tools; monitor KPIs to inform strategy.
• Coordinate event logistics for campus activities and interviews; arrange catering and travel as needed.
• Manage the candidate expense reimbursement process.
• Prepare and distribute employment materials such as offer letters and onboarding docs.
• Serve as a main contact for candidates and hiring managers; host events on U.S. campuses.
• Perform other administrative duties related to campus recruiting.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze recruiting dashboards and reports using applicant tracking system and Excel-based data tools; monitor key performance indicators such as candidate yield, conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, and year-over-year recruiting trends to inform strategy and forecasting
• Coordinate event logistics - including presentations, interviews, campus activities and events, conferences, greeting candidates, arranging catering, etc.
• Manage the candidate expense reimbursement process
• Manage the creation, distribution, and collection of employment related materials such as offer letters, onboarding materials, background check authorizations, etc.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers; host events on various U.S. campuses

Perform other various administrative responsibilities related to campus recruiting

Primary Location: New York Full Time Salary Range of $75,000-$80,000 + OT eligibility
