You will represent the employer brand across campuses, coordinate interviews, and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong consultative approach with strategic thinking and interpersonal effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campus events nationwide, representing Southern Company and Southern Nuclear.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage skills assessments for internships and early careers.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, career services, faculty, and student organizations.
• Activate the employer brand by communicating culture, opportunities, and value proposition to students.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve strategy and outcomes.
