An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Campus Recruiter to join their Analyst recruiting team. This role involves collaborating on recruiting strategies for undergraduate and graduate candidates, managing the full candidate lifecycle, and enhancing the campus recruitment process. With a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience, the Campus Recruiter will coordinate on-campus and virtual events, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. As a member of our Analyst recruiting team, the Campus Recruiter will collaborate on recruiting and hiring efforts for undergraduate and graduate candidates into full time and internship positions. The Campus Recruiter will consult with staff at all levels and provide hands-on support to Analysis Group’s 15 domestic and international offices. In addition to full life cycle recruiting, this individual will also assist in the implementation of recruiting strategies and continue to build AG’s reputation as a top employer.
