BenefitsThis position reports to the Assistant Director of Programs and has direct responsibilities for coordinating the administration, supervision, and safe operation of the comprehensive campus recreation & sports program, including but not limited to recreational intramural sports (ice hockey, basketball, volleyball, etc.) and other recreational programs. Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, ensuring staff coverage, leading/officiating programs, and supervising (hiring, training, developing, reviewing) 40-50 part-time employees. The program supports over 3,000 participants annually, contributing to student recruitment, retention, success, and well-being.
