Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student at Gannon University with GPA ≥ 2.5.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard office equipment.
• CPR & AED certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Customer service, recreation or fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and supervise Building Attendants and Lifeguards.
• Enforce campus policies and safety procedures during shifts.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, customer service and problem-solving with students, faculty, staff and external members.
• Assist with accidents or incidents; report to Gannon Police and Safety.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
• Communicate hours, programming, and available amenities clearly.
• Manage front desk sales: memberships, passes, rentals, and programming.
• Ensure accurate money intake and deposit nightly.
• Train Building Attendants and assist with evaluations.
• Report low equipment/supplies or replacements needed.
• Complete mandatory student development credits per semester.
• Provide a professional, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
