Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design is seeking a Campus Reception + Resource Coordinator to create a welcoming first impression at the Lakewood, CO campus. You will oversee front desk operations, handle inquiries, and support campus tours, admissions, and student life.
You will maintain records, manage mail and supplies, coordinate events, and ensure security procedures for guests. The role emphasizes customer service and cross-department collaboration to enhance the campus experience.

Salary: $17 - $19/hour
The Campus Reception + Resource Coordinator will set the tone for a visitor's first experience with the college, providing professional, friendly, and quality service to all students, staff, faculty, and guests of the RMCAD community. This role will support the college by creating a student-centric and customer service orientated flow of operation. The position is also responsible for overseeing all front desk and office operations, including handling incoming calls and inquiries, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating various administrative tasks for the campus.
The work environment is a typical office environment which may include moderate noise, some evening or weekend hours, confined workspaces, fast work pace with unscheduled interruptions, and extensive time sitting and working with computers. Able to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds and to bend, stoop, or reach as needed to assist passengers.
This position plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and enriching campus environment by coordinating, promoting, and enhancing access to a wide array of resources that contribute to the holistic development of students, faculty, and staff. Through effective communication, collaboration, and data-driven insights, this role contributes to the overall success and well-being of the campus community.
