Qualifications

• NYS Dept. of State's 8-hour mandated certificate of training; annual refresh required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol on foot, in vehicle, or bicycle; may require fitness test.
• Coordinate emergency responses using CAD; direct officers and coordinate resources.
• Operate desk in Operations Center; manage alarm systems and radio dispatch.
• Lead staff under stress; train security personnel for emergencies; prepare reports.
• Maintain equipment and know CAD systems; ensure professional communication.
• Work various shifts including holidays and double shifts as needed.
