Job summary

SB Energy is seeking a Campus Project Lead for the 1.2 GW gas turbine plant in Texas. The role oversees construction, commissioning, and transition to commercial operation, with responsibilities spanning safety, quality, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement.

Lead and coordinate across engineering, EPC contractors, suppliers, and regulators to deliver a premier energy and digital infrastructure campus, including future data center development and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in power generation, energy infrastructure, or large capital projects.
• Experience managing EPC contractors and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, financial, contract negotiation, and risk management skills.
• Proven ability to lead organizations through construction, commissioning, and startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the completion, commissioning, and startup of the 1.2 GW plant.
• Direct the Owner's Team through construction, commissioning, testing, and operation.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Engage EPC contractors, engineers, OEMs, and major suppliers.
• Develop governance, metrics, and reporting for project execution.
• Oversee transition to operations and maintenance strategies.
