You will manage budgets, schedules and risk, while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and maintaining quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and site oversight, with responsibility for regulatory adherence and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading data centre or large-scale campus projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
