Responsibilities

• Promote campus programs, events, and student services through outreach and digital tools.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for current and prospective students.
• Share campus information, resources, and opportunities to guide graduate students.
• Assist with planning and executing campus events (open houses, residencies, webinars, workshops).
• Support event logistics before, during, and after programs.
• Help create a welcoming and engaging environment for all attendees.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to develop materials, social content, and visuals.
• Build relationships with fellow students to understand experiences and needs.
• Share feedback and trends with leadership to drive improvements.
• Represent Avila University Arizona at community events and networking in the West Valley.
• Partner with local organizations and nonprofits to expand student opportunities.
