Job summary

Booster in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Program Specialist to be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work with a supportive team to help schools reach fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities.

The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to stay active during day-long shifts, with full-day availability 7:00am–4:00pm, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass Booster's background and motor-vehicle check.
• Lift up to 45 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Full-day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team
