Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc is seeking a Program Specialist to work on elementary school campuses, engaging students and helping them meet fundraising goals.

This role involves presenting character-based curriculums, motivating students during the Boosterthon Fun Run, and fostering community engagement. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and have experience working around children. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $20 to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Booster's background and motor-vehicle check.
• Capability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Full-day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.
