Job summary

Inverto North America, backed by Boston Consulting Group, seeks MBA- or Master’s-track candidates to join as Consultants in a fast-growing procurement and supply chain practice. From Day 1 you’ll work with experienced consultants and client teams to develop practical solutions that create measurable value for our clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management, operations, or similar fields preferred.
• Graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Ideally 1+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project work. Analyze procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions that deliver real value and results for our clients.
• Grow in an entrepreneurial environment. Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced culture where you’ll take ownership, continuously learn, and contribute to building a growing business.
• Work across industries and client challenges. Support organizations across sectors including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, energy, automotive, and industrial products, helping procurement leaders solve today’s most pressing business challenges.
• Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with clients. Contribute to workshops, negotiations, and client discussions while quickly building industry knowledge and developing trusted working relationships with client teams.
