Job summary

Inverto North America, backed by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), is seeking an Associate Consultant to tackle procurement and supply chain challenges. You will contribute to end-to-end project work from Day 1, collaborating with experienced consultants and client teams in a fast-growing environment.

You will learn across industries, build expertise with AI, and grow your career with mentorship and hands-on client engagements, in a role open in Atlanta, Brooklyn, and Chicago.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration, business analytics, supply chain management, operations, industrial engineering, or similar fields preferred.
• Graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Internship experience or extracurriculars in business, operations, consulting, procurement, supply chain management, operations, or relevant areas preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence to share thoughtful perspectives.
• Eagerness to build fluency with AI and apply it as part of your professional growth
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• An entrepreneurial approach and ability to effectively collaborate in team environments.
• Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project work, analyzing procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions.
• Grow in an entrepreneurial environment, taking ownership, learning, and contributing to growing the business.
• Work across industries and client challenges, supporting procurement leaders across sectors.
• Partner with clients in workshops, negotiations, and discussions while building industry knowledge.
• Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, sharpen insights and deliver stronger outcomes.
• Build knowledge across Inverto and across procurement and supply chain topics.
• Learn through collaboration with coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning.
