Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; 3+ years relevant experience and 1 year direct purchasing.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to process and reconcile high volumes of purchasing docs and maintain records.

Aufgaben

• Serve as lead departmental buyer and procurement resource; liaise with vendors to fulfill procurement needs and meet university requirements.
• Oversee processing for high-volume purchasing; manage purchase orders, payment vouchers, and interdepartmental transfers.
• Prepare and maintain backup documentation; reconcile departmental charges and post transactions; assist with deposits when needed.
