Job summary

The candidate will guide strategic planning, lead campus leadership, and foster community engagement while ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with leadership at the campus level and the ability to guide strategic direction.
• Strong financial acumen and budget oversight are expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus analytical reporting capabilities.
• Experience in managing relationships with boards, stakeholders and accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of campus vision and strategy with the Board of Trustees.
• Drive enrollment, retention, and campus performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee HR, faculty, staff, and campus leadership; mentor and develop leadership talent.
