Compass Group USA in Boca Raton, FL is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time PREP COOK positions. The role supports campus dining teams with daily production, following recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Formación

• Cooking experience is preferred.
• Willing to train!

Responsabilidades

• Obtains production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality and follows HACCP guidelines.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy.
• Completes required documentation, logs, and reports.
• Serves customers efficiently and handles orders from stations.
