• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures.
• Store, label and date all food items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and logs; comply with health regulations.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items with short preparation time.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendliness at multiple stations.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control.
