Compass Group is seeking a full-time Prep Cook in Fitchburg, MA. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with primary location at 160 Pearl Street. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $18.50 per hour, with online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with large prep production is required.
• Proficiency in knife skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers efficiently and maintains quality and portion control.
