Qualifications

• This role supports customer service at the Postal Services window and requires basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the front desk in a professional manner and determine postage amounts per USPS guidelines.
• Sort and distribute student, staff and faculty mail; operate the meter to process outgoing mail; log packages and maintain mailbox records.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets and assist with related tasks as assigned.
