• To qualify as Level I/II/III Police Supervisor, Associate degree (or 60 hours) with 4+ years sworn experience; CJETSC certification or eligibility within timeframe.
• Level II requires 3 years as Police Supervisor; Level III requires 6 years as Police Supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team, plan shifts, and evaluate direct reports.
• Provide coaching, discipline, and commendations as appropriate.
• Respond to calls, emergencies, and incidents; ensure policy compliance.
• Support unit with field duties and collateral responsibilities as assigned.

North Carolina Intermediate or Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate
