Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, coordinate and supervise staff on a shift or unit.
• Develop and enforce campus and department policies and procedures.
• Provide on-the-job training and evaluation to staff.
• May assume command in absence of a superior officer and assist in admin duties.
• Lead special task forces or investigations and act as Watch Commander when needed.
• Ensure effective community relations and compliance with regulations.
