Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as a certified police officer.
• P.O.S.T certification.

Responsibilities

• Recommends officer staffing levels at various campuses.
• Plans and coordinates the day-to-day operations of campus officers including all scheduling of officers.
• Supervises and directs tasks of subordinate officers and follows performance management procedures when appropriate.
• Assists in measuring the effectiveness of public safety operations in the delivery of routine and emergency response services.
• May coordinate and/or conduct campus safety education and training for police officers, faculty, staff, and students.

Education
